About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a Full Stack Java/Python/Angular background to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and platforms. This role requires a deep expertise in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage programs and processes both strategically and tactically. The Senior Software Engineer will also be involved in leading the design and development of applications, remediating vulnerabilities, and providing guidance to junior engineers. Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.
Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in full-stack development. The role demands advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture, as well as experience with a range of technologies including C#, .NET Framework, .Net Core, WebSphere MQ, Entity Framework, AWS, and RDBMS databases. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in agile development processes, have a strong understanding of DevOps workflows, and be knowledgeable in virtualization and containerization. The ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple deliverables, and adapt to changing priorities is essential. Good communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships are also key requirements for this position.
