Develop cutting-edge technologies in a large distributed computing environment. Create solutions for distributed systems that leverage innovative technologies at scale and speed. Build scalable, fault-tolerant storage and query systems that are easy to manage and use. Design and code effective solutions to broadly defined problems. Basic Qualifications: Must have graduated within the last 24 months or be on track to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields at the time of application. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python is essential—no specific language is required. Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Previous technical internships are a plus. Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases. Knowledge of optimization mathematics, such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
