As a FRFS Cloud Operations Specialist (AWS) / Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge cloud-based IT solutions. Your Responsibilities Include: Leading the operational design and maintenance of our AWS cloud platform. Guiding technical teams with expertise in operational, technical, and procedural best practices. Implementing automation to streamline processes and improve transparency across the secure cloud ecosystem. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Integrating existing systems with new solutions and identifying gaps for enhancement. Overseeing the deployment of continuous delivery and continuous integration frameworks. Setting up processes for infrastructure as code and automation. Conducting thorough testing and documentation of issues and solutions. Providing timely technical support and overseeing production monitoring using tools like Grafana and Dynatrace. Supporting various applications on Linux servers and understanding networking concepts such as DNS and firewalls. Your Background Should Include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) in an enterprise setting. 7+ years in software engineering within collaborative environments. Expertise in integrating legacy systems with cloud solutions and using infrastructure as code tools. Familiarity with configuration tools and experience in agile development methodologies. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and source code management tools.
