Role: Product Lead Engineer AI Healthcare Automation This is a unique hybrid role combining product ownership and technical leadership at a fast-moving, founder-led HealthTech startup. You will own the vision for AI-driven automation tools, translating complex healthcare workflows (prior authorization, medical coding) into a clear product roadmap. You will lead the design and delivery of features, working hands-on with engineers and customers to create measurable impact and free healthcare teams from paperwork.
Requirements: Proven experience shipping production-grade automation products in a healthcare or regulated environment.
Strong product leadership skills: ability to own a product vision, define roadmaps, and set data-backed OKRs.
Technical ability to collaborate on AI models, business rules, and APIs (FastAPI, AWS, LLMs).
Experience in Voice Scribe, LLM-based Medical Coding, or healthcare A/R-billing is highly valued.
Deep understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and data security best practices.
