As a Founding Product Engineer, you’ll lead design and engineering on mission-critical experiences that sit between consumers and AI agents. You’ll ship full-stack features end-to-end and be surrounded by engineers from places like Stripe, Robinhood, Airbnb, Ramp, and other high growth SaaS and fintech startups. Job Details
Responsibilities Lead full-cycle product development — from idea to scalable system — for both consumer-facing and enterprise-level tools Design and build intuitive UIs and agent management dashboards that don’t yet exist in the market Collaborate across AI, data, and backend teams to define how humans interact with intelligent agents Own systems that impact real-time decision-making for financial professionals Contribute to product direction, working directly with the founders and early design partners Help shape company culture and technical standards in a high-trust, in-person environment
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related At least 5 years of experience in software engineering and 2 years at a high-growth startup Experience Frontend or Full-Stack to build and ship B2B or B2C SaaS products Experience working with React and TypeScript Strong GitHub or technical portfolio demonstrating clean, high-impact engineering work Quick learner with strong product intuition and a bias for action
