Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Founding Full Stack Engineer (Solana HFT) - this is a fully remote role for US/Europe based candidates. We're a stealth-mode, well-funded startup operating exclusively in Solana fair-launch trading. Our systems compete in environments where every millisecond matters—Pump.fun, Letsbonk, Moonshot, and others. With deep trading experience and serious capital behind us, we’re now hiring our first full-time engineer to help us scale faster than anyone else.

You’ll work directly with elite traders and the founding team to turn alpha into production-ready code. This is a zero-to-one opportunity with massive impact. What You’ll Build Backend / HFT Infrastructure

Ultra-fast backend systems in TypeScript (Node.js or similar)

Wallet orchestration for 1,000+ active addresses

Smart bundling, token accumulation, sniping, and latency-sensitive trading strategies

Real-time data ingestion via Solana RPC/WebSocket for mempool access

High-performance task queues, concurrency-safe execution, and failover logic

Price protection, detection, and custom algo systems

Frontend (Internal Only) Functional internal tools in React (or similar)

Dashboards for wallet state, toggle switches, token-level metrics

Clean, fast, no-frills UIs designed to work—not win design awards

What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: Deep experience building backend systems for crypto trading (especially Solana)

Fluency in TypeScript and Node.js (or equivalent low-latency languages)

Strong grasp of concurrency, distributed systems, and fast API integrations

Real-time data ingestion (WebSocket, mempool, RPCs)

Past work with crypto trading bots, latency-sensitive infra, or HFT systems

High-speed, execution-first mindset—bias for shipping fast

Nice-to-Haves: Hands-on with fair-launch platforms (Pump.fun, Letsbonk, Moonshot)

Built or maintained Telegram/Discord bots for trading or alerts

Familiarity with Solana DEX tooling (Jupiter, Raydium, pumpswap)

Interest in building toward algorithmic trading systems
