About the Role We're seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the gap between our AI platform and customer success. You'll build integrations, help close high-stakes deals, and actively shape our AI implementation and customer success playbook. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving real-world problems and wants to help shape how we scale our platform and processes. This position requires deep technical expertise combined with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for CFOs and finance teams. What You’ll Do Work directly with customers to understand their technical needs and goals

Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, from setup to integration to launch

Write scripts, build automations, or develop custom solutions when needed

Own integrations with Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP platforms.

Collaborate with Sales and CS to shape the technical side of the customer journey

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in our process and proactively drive improvements

Provide product feedback and influence roadmap decisions based on real-world usage

Help create technical documentation and internal tools to support customer scale

Travel to client sites to meet clients and deploy Stuut

What You Need 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g. Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer, FDE, or similar)

Strong programming skills in Python with extensive experience in modern integration technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT, enterprise auth)

Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward building and improving

Experience working with sales teams and supporting the pre and post sales process

Startup or high-growth experience preferred

Nice to have Experience with AI/ML-powered data processing and automation

Experience with financial technology or financial data integration

Track record of building developer tools and internal automation systems

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization
