Key Responsibilities:
Oversee batch house operations & formulation
Optimize melting, forming, and annealing processes
Troubleshoot defects & enhance optical quality
Serve as backup Shift Supervisor as needed
Requirements:
B.S. in Engineering
5+ years of Float Hot End production experience
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective communicator with a hands-on approach
