We are seeking a licensed Fire Protection Engineer to join our team and play a key role in reviewing and sealing fire alarm system drawings. This is a crucial position that ensures code compliance and safety across multiple projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities: Review, approve, and seal fire alarm drawings Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire protection codes and standards Collaborate with design and project management teams to deliver accurate and code-compliant solutions Provide expert guidance on fire alarm systems and components Stay current with evolving fire protection regulations and standards
Requirements: Licensed Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) must be currently licensed Licensure in multiple U.S. states is highly desirable NICET Level IV in Fire Alarm Systems strongly preferred Extensive knowledge of NFPA codes, especially NFPA 72 and 101 Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance Excellent communication and documentation skills
Work Environment and Location: Location: 125 Westlake Parkway, Atlanta, GA; Onsite; Work shift: 09:00 AM 05:30 PM. Heath/Dental/Vision Insurance (50% coverage for the employee and dependents) 401k PTO (2 weeks yearly) Sick Leaves (5 days yearly)
