Description
Assisting and providing leadership in the fabrication and integration of C4ISR systems into multiple variants of ship vessels (Navy & MSC) to include: CVN Overhaul and New Construction ships
Assisting and providing leadership to technical staff members in the fabrication, integration, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical circuits
Providing feedback to production management and QA with identified issues/defects in design or during the fabrication/integration phase with regards to cables or equipment racks
Performing administrative tasks to support Production Leads
Writing daily SITREPs
Updating production and problem report trackers, attending meetings, and effectively communicating verbally or through email with upper management and customers daily
Performing on-site installation of equipment and products in the continental United States within various environments to include Naval bases and privately owned shipyards

Requirements High school diploma/GED
Minimum of a two-year technical degree and 5 years of work-related experience
Experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Electronics experience
Active Secret clearance or able to retain one
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Desired Skills C4ISR experience
Navy "A" & "C" school
Fiber optic
CVN experience

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
