They are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to join their team, offering great pay, a positive company culture, and long-term career growth opportunities. Summary/Objectives: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for medical imaging equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities: Assist in repairing diagnostic imaging equipment, specifically Ultrasound devices. Travel and work independently with minimal supervision. Resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure environments. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, including calibrations and verifications. Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform maintenance. Document all service activities according to quality standards. Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment. Submit field service reports timely and accurately. Communicate with account managers regarding services provided. Manage and maintain company assets required for job functions. Work Environment: Field-based, visiting multiple sites with various medical imaging equipment. Work Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. Physical Demands: Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, lift up to 75 lbs., handle objects, and reach with hands and arms. Core Competencies: Follow procedures and instructions. Work well with others.
