The Ideal Candidate

  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working as a project/field engineer with maintenance building experience at a construction site.
  • They thrive in a fast-paced and a team-oriented environment.
  • They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.
  • An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
  • Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities/Skills

  • Performs routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles.
  • Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.
  • Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments. Being able to communicate with subs and vendors and being able to identify and help solve any discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of submittal/RFI/change process/purchase orders.
  • Willing to wear a hard hat, boots, and safety glasses (PPE) for field coordination/craft communication and daily field walks.
  • Willing to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment.
