We're hiring! Join our growing team at Foxconn as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) and be the technical link between product innovation and customer success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive telecom mechanical design solutions that meet client needs in real-world applications.What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical contact for customer support during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
- Collaborate with product development teams to translate customer needs into viable solutions.
- Provide onsite technical assistance, including troubleshooting, testing, and feedback integration.
- Deliver clear and concise technical documentation and training to customers and internal teams.
- Engage in cross-functional communication between engineering, sales, and quality teams.
- Education: Minimum 1 year of technical training or equivalent experience.
- Background: Engineering major preferred; open to other technical fields.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience: Prior exposure to product design or support roles is a plus, but we welcome high-potential junior talent.
