Solutions engineers are the problem solvers, the technical experts on how to set up and use Mapistry software for environmental programs, while their companions (CSMs) manage the relationship with the customer teams. Description As a solutions engineer at Mapistry, you will lead customer onboarding, configure analytics dashboards, integrate with customer software systems/sensors, utilize AI to improve the data collection and/or reporting experience, and provide use cases for product development. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure technical setup is accurate and create compelling content to help customers maximize the value of our software. This is a great role for folks with environmental / engineering backgrounds who love engaging with people and solving technical problems. Mapistry is environmental software for the companies that make the things we use every day (manufacturing / industrial companies) from toilet paper to cars to wine to concrete in our sidewalks. Companies use our platform to run their environmental programs, ensuring compliance with their air and water permits and waste / fuel regulations.
