Objective / Project Overview The Environmental Technologies division of Apple is currently seeking the temporary professional services of a Field Incident Associate to support and maintain customer skin complaint data. The role will investigate customer complaints, provide guidance on failure analysis, and ensure the accuracy of documentation related to complaints.

Requirements
•MS/BS in Toxicology/Bio-medical sciences/Nursing with 3+ years of relevant industry experience
•Experience in handling large datasets
•Experience with tools such as Atlassian, Keynote, and Tableau is preferred
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail where precision and accuracy matter
•Strong communication skills and thrives in both collaborative and independent work Environments

Success Criteria/Definition of Done Assess the documentation for completeness and consistency, and assign further actions as necessary to finalize the complaint file. Partner with internal Apple teams to investigate customer complaints and guide failure analysis Pattern analysis involves a comprehensive review of data collected after product release, aiming to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential issues. Product testing involves receiving and documenting products while maintaining inventory.

Salary Range: $63,400-$130,000 a year #LI-AS3
