Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze steel connections for structural projects Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-world design challenges Utilize Tekla and RAM Steel modeling software Participate in project meetings and site visits (some travel required) Maintain a team-first mindset while contributing to high-quality engineering solutions Requirements: Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Preferred: Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Experience: 0–2 years of experience in structural or steel design (internships/projects count!) Familiarity (or strong interest) in Tekla and RAM Steel is a plus Other: EIT certification is REQUIRED Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Strong communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $50,000 – $65,000/year (based on experience) Benefits: Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Professional development support Travel opportunities (4–6 weeks every few months) Schedule: Full-time Work arrangement: In-office (North Atlanta, GA)
