Job Summary:

We are seeking highly experienced Mechanical Engineering Technical Leaders to design and deliver next-generation chassis and cards, ensuring they meet system product requirements. This senior role requires performing detailed tolerance analysis, developing innovative mechanical solutions compliant with EMI, safety, and manufacturing requirements, and leading cross-functional teams to mitigate technical risks and achieve design objectives. Candidates will provide mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver innovative chassis and cards meeting product requirements. Conduct in-depth tolerance analysis and develop 3D CAD models using Creo or NX. Design mechanical solutions using sheet metal, plastics, and die-cast, ensuring EMI, safety, and compliance. Lead issues resolution with manufacturing teams, developing mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical risks and tradeoffs, including design for thermal solutions. Must-Have Skills: Expertise in 3D MCAD tools (Creo/NX). Proficient in tolerance analysis and GD&T application. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Industry Experience:

8+ years in compute/network product design, preferably with experience in the data center sector.
