Role: Desktop Engineer • Monitoring level 1 support emails and delegating to front office and back-office support teams across all regions • Creating and tracking incidents via service now • Hardware ordering – responsible for receiving and delivering hardware. • Coordinating new hires/interns/coops - working closely with TBM • RMA requests with various vendors • Hardware inventory\stock • Project coordinating, record keeping of deployments, hardware\software rollouts • Desktop support with front-office and back-office staff • Collaborate with large diverse teams • Workstation moves, adds and changes • Highly motivated, energetic with great communication skills • Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks in fast paced environment • Knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices and Trading desktop applications • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and O365 suite • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially Citrix, RAS and RAPs • ITIL knowledge is a plus.
