This includes supervising, motivating, and disciplining 3 employees. The shift handles all after-hours functions such as temperature, lighting, and power management. The person must know all building systems, their hours of operation, and be able to program systems via EMS. This role is considered essential personnel. It requires working on-site during overnight hours, such as 12:00am - 8:00am, 12:00am - 10:00am, or 12:00am - 12:00pm. Your Responsibilities include: Monitoring all building systems and maintaining activity logs. Assisting with after-hours functions, including EMS programming and responding to operational demands. Overseeing maintenance programs, diagnosing issues, and recommending parts or repairs. Performing testing and maintenance of mechanical and safety systems, including water treatment. Maintaining documentation, conducting reviews, and seeking system improvements for efficiency. Minimum Education: High school diploma with extensive continuing education in engineering or maintenance, including a 3rd class DC Steam Operators license and CFC certification. Ongoing education of at least 24 hours annually is required. Experience: Proven supervisory skills with 7-10 years of hands-on experience. Knowledge & Skills: Practical experience in HVAC, boilers, chillers, fire systems, water treatment, and related building systems. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills are necessary. Supervision: Leading 1-5 staff members. Salary: Hourly range $38.80 - $40.87. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and other perks.
