Engineer MTS I

Qualifications needed:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Remote work is not available for this position.
- Preferred: Degree in engineering or related field.
- Bonus: Advanced degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience and confidence with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel specifically a must.
- Engineering or support/manufacturing experience or combination with relevant educational background a must-have.
- Experience in manufacturing Bills of Material, able to read schematics and part drawings a plus.

What you’ll do as the Engineer MTS I:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's needs and objectives.
- Facilitate program and project management for large-scale tasks that impact the company.
- Design, develop, and test solutions that meet organizational requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose solutions that support business objectives.
- Ensure that all supply chain solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
