Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate international engineering resources to drive product development Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept through post-launch support Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to align goals and timelines Develop product specifications and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and technologies Implement efficiency improvements to speed innovation and product delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering 10+ years in Power Electronics engineering, with hands-on product development experience in an IoT environment Expertise in circuit design, LED drivers, power supply systems, embedded systems, and IoT integration Proficiency with engineering software (PADS, Altium, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Circuit Simulation) Experience coordinating across international teams (a plus) and willingness to travel domestically/internationally
