Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of industrial experience to design, maintain, and improve electrical and control systems in a dynamic plant environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone well-versed in Allen-Bradley PLCs, troubleshooting, and electrical schematics who enjoys collaborating with maintenance, purchasing, and vendors to keep operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain plant electrical distribution and control systems
Create and revise:
- One-line diagrams
- Electrical schematics
- Wiring diagrams for new and existing equipment
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors on equipment purchasing and installation
Support the maintenance team by:
- Troubleshooting electrical issues
- Providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques
Partner with purchasing on equipment specifications and sourcing decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLCs and software, including:
- RSLogix500
- RSLogix5
- Studio 5000
- FactoryTalk View ME
Ability to read and design:
- One-lines
- Electrical schematics
- Wiring diagrams
Strong troubleshooting abilities with electrical systems
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (a plus)
