What You’ll Own: Designing, programming, and integrating PLC, PAC, HMI, Servo Motion, and Robotics systems for high-performance packaging lines. Taking projects from  concept to commissioning —not just the theory, but making it happen in real life. Getting hands-on with troubleshooting and problem-solving alongside Maintenance and Operations teams. Driving process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and capital projects that make a visible impact. Coordinating with R&D, vendors, and contractors to keep technology moving forward. What We’re Looking For: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). 3+ years in industrial controls or system integration  (packaging industry a bonus). Hands-on programming skills (ladder logic, structured text, C++, IEC 61131-3). Ability to design electrical schematics, review BOMs, and troubleshoot on-site when things get tricky. A practical mindset—you love solving problems that matter, with sleeves rolled up and tools in hand. The Fine Print: Some travel (domestic and international) to bring your projects to life.
