We are seeking a detail-oriented Docket Clerk to join a top ranked global firm, supporting their California based litigation team. This role focuses on managing legal documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, and litigation docketing and e-filing experience in CA. Client Details This top ranked global firm has offices across the US and the world. This role is fully remote, so can be based in NY, CA, DC, or Boston but must have experience with California courts and be willing to work PST hours. Description Maintain and update the docketing database to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal deadlines. Review and process incoming legal correspondence, court filings, and other documents. Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to track and manage case deadlines and schedules. Generate and distribute docket reports to relevant team members. Ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements. Provide support for electronic filings and document management systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Assist with administrative tasks related to legal documentation as needed. Profile A successful Docket Clerk should have: Bachelor's degree from an acredited college or University 2+ years of litigation docketing experience with CA based courts. Proficiency in legal docketing software and electronic filing systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively. Knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $77,000 to $100,000 annually.
