Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role $104,000 to $167,000 per year in Hartford, Connecticut

• Provide advanced healthcare for infants through young adults, focusing on wellness, growth, and illness management, including (but not limited to) conducting physicals, performing exams, diagnosing conditions, and managing chronic illnesses
• Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients
• Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population

Qualifications:

• Current, active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner in state of practice
• Board Certified as an FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) or PNP (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner)
• Strong, recent experience in Pediatrics
• DEA licensure or ability to obtain DEA licensure
• Relevant Master’s degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus!

Compensation and Schedule:

• Compensation ranges from $103K - $160K and will be based on years of experience, skills, as well as other internal factors
• Strong benefits and generous PTO
• Eligibility for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program!
• Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends or evenings!
