We are looking for multiple Desktop Support Engineers in the Greater Chicagoland area. These roles involve working in a fast-paced IT environment to provide technical troubleshooting to end users across the business including C-Level executives. Skills Needed: Group Policy Administration: Managing user permissions and authorizations, ensuring proper access to systems and resources. O365 technical troubleshooting Maintaining documentation for troubleshooting steps and system configurations.
