Bilingual Desktop Engineer TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Desktop Engineer to join a dynamic IT team. Top Required Skills: Microsoft Intune PDQ AutoPilot Enrollment Azure Active Directory PowerShell Badge scripting Strong desktop troubleshooting and application support experience Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve desktop solutions Nice-to-Have Skills: Office 365 administration Help desk or technical support background Customer service mindset Experience with deployment tools and scripting General Microsoft ecosystem familiarity Responsibilities: Manage and support desktop environments to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems and applications Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement desktop solutions Maintain documentation and follow best practices for system configurations and deployments Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop engineering or a related field Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong cultural fit with the teamcollaborative, innovative, and committed to excellence Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week during the contract period Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr.
