Design Engineer

We are currently hiring for a Design Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in the Denver area. Successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a designer role.
YOUR DUTIES
Create, refine, and detail 2D and 3D CAD models and prepare drawings using SolidWorks
Analyze and detail tolerances for interference and stack –up in production situations
Maintain ECR/ECN and revision control documentation
Create and detail one-time modifications or customization to existing products
Communicate with internal customers to understand requirements
Communicate changes, special instructions and other details to the production floor
OUR   REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline or 4+ years of relevant experience
Extensive (3-5 Years of continuous) experience in SolidWorks (or 3D modeling) preferred
Design-related decision-making experience
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical drawings
Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
