THE CLIENT This particular client is a smaller (+/- 100 person, 5 offices) firm who work on large-scale, complex building systems in: Healthcare, Science & Tech, Higher ed, K-12, hi-rise, Industrial, and Commercial.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES Plumbing systems design (domestic, sanitary, storm), modeling, layout, sizing, load calcs, equipment selection, Unified Plumbing Codes Mentor Designers/ EIT PM responsibilities on some projects
REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Associates degree and 3+ yrs. of experience AutoCAD, Revit
