Our client is a large U.S. financial institution headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. It operates an extensive retail banking network across multiple states and is a principal subsidiary of a major bank holding company. The organization ranks on the Fortune 500 and maintains thousands of ATMs and over a thousand branches.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $64.00 to $74.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems.

Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.

Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices.

Integrate new data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures.

Develop processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.

Create custom software components and analytics applications.

Research and propose new uses for existing data assets.

Employ multiple languages and tools to connect systems and data flows.

Collaborate with data architects, IT, and data scientists to achieve project goals.

Install and update disaster recovery procedures for data platforms.

Recommend improvements to enhance data reliability and quality.

Experience Requirements:

Experience Requirements

5+ years of SQL experience.

Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence systems and ETL.

Proficiency with IBM DataStage versions 8.5, 9.1, 11.3, 11.5, or 11.7.

Experience providing Level 1 production support.

Experience with non-relational and relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB.

Experience programming and/or architecting with a back-end language such as Java or J2EE.

DBT experience (preferred).
