Be part of the Central Operations Migration team, contributing to the migration of server racks and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency through proactive defect management. Your Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) working closely with engineering and service teams for data center capacity migration. Identify and mitigate defects to enhance migration speed and reliability. Collaborate with Data Center technicians to resolve escalated issues effectively. Analyze data to identify trends that could help in defect resolution throughout the rack migration process. Support data analytics initiatives related to operational performance. Your Team You will be part of the Data Center Central Operations Migration team, which is dedicated to ensuring that our services are safe, secure, and available for our global customer base. Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug technical systems. At least 3 years of relevant data center experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with process improvement or Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with Linux troubleshooting for hardware issues. Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $67,200/year up to $150,300/year based on market and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and benefits.
