Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cybersecurity capabilities across all SDLC phases and software stacks. Lead design, planning, and testing of cybersecurity technologies, including baseline analysis and capacity planning. Analyze and recommend new security technologies or modifications to existing systems. Implement and integrate new security technologies, including configuration and operational handoff. Provide technical support and resolve security issues promptly. Lead projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience in systems engineering or equivalent. Deep knowledge of enterprise security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and Mainframe security. Experience leading complex IT projects. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree or MBA with 10+ years of experience. Banking or financial services experience. Security certifications like CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or others. Additional Information: This is a full-time, regular position based in the US, requiring occasional travel up to 10%.
