Department Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Analytics Engineer III to join our Strategy & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. As a key partner to business and technical customers, you will identify and integrate diverse data sources, build robust data pipelines, and develop intuitive dashboards and reporting tools. Your work will ensure awareness of key performance indicators and organizational priorities, with a particular focus on enhancing our understanding of security posture and operational effectiveness. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of technical background, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data dashboards and reporting capabilities using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify, ingest, and integrate diverse data sources into centralized repositories or data lakes.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and security decisions.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable metrics and visualizations for partners at all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.

Partner with business units to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Apply data governance and data management standard processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and security of data assets.

Contribute to all aspects of the agile development life cycle, including design, development, documentation, and overall ways of working.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles.

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles.

Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Salary Ranges-$129,800.00 - $165,490.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
