Cyber Systems Engineer (RF), Senior Advisor Job Locations: US-MD-Fort Meade Requisition ID: 2024-144315 Position Category: Information Technology Clearance: Top Secret/SCI w/Poly Sector: Cyber Mission Responsibilities Peraton is seeking senior-level System Engineers to support an Intel Community (IC) mission in the Ft Meade/Annapolis Junction locations. Responsibilities may include: Applying systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacting with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and related issues. Communicating with program personnel, government, overseers, and senior executives. Ensuring the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work and deliverables across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas. Performing systems engineering activities and preparing work products in ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas. Developing and delivering work products in various ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas. Analyzing technical alternatives and making preliminary recommendations. Assisting in systems engineering activities in ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas. Leading and supervising systems engineering activities and teams. Making independent decisions on engineering issues and methodologies. Briefing stakeholders and presenting project status on technical aspects. Serving as Subject Matter Expert in ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 20 years of systems engineering experience, or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma/GED, Master's, or PhD. Understanding of SIGINT systems architecture at various levels. Experience with building, deploying, and securing SIGINT systems for national and warfighter requirements. Knowledge of RF theory, components, and circuit design. Experience with RF front-end circuits, signal distribution, and post-processing requirements. Ability to gather stakeholder input and shape requirements.
