Customer Service Representative

Spang Engineered Solutions, a division of Spang & Company has an opening for a Customer Service Representative based at our Pittsburgh office. This position will be responsible for performing customer service functions and ERP data entry.

The primary responsibilities for this position include handling ERP (IFS) entries for customers, contacts, addresses, and order processing. Additional responsibilities include sending order documentation to customers, creating quotes and orders in IFS, providing order status updates, monitoring a shared inbox and phone line, and ensuring accurate data entry for inventory, purchase, sales part records, and supplier information. Occasional domestic travel is required.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field along with at least one year of internship or office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
