Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving service issues and documenting requests Educate clients and advisors on systems, procedures, policies, and self-service tools Respond to inquiries across multiple systems with accuracy and professionalism Process routine transactions and account service requests via web or paper forms Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while meeting quality, compliance, and service standards Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2 years of customer support or call center experience or a 2-4 year degree Strong customer service orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications Exposure to financial services or regulated environments Strong interest in converting to a permanent role and career development
