Job Description

Be the primary point of contact for all customer communication. Develop and execute all corrective actions. Root cause analysis and CI activity. Involvement in audits. Involvement in other core quality processes like PPAP, APQP, etc. Inspections, GD&T.

The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of quality engineering experience. 5-10 years of direct customer interaction experience. Background in automotive and understanding of IATF 16949. Corrective action expert. Root Cause Analysis experience. Experience in metal fabrication or stamping preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus. Red X problem solving experience a plus. Six Sigma certification a plus. Sponsorship not provided.
