The Lot Attendant oversees the organization of vehicles on the lot to maximize the use of lot space and keep the lot in order to maintain a spotless appearance for customers. The Lot Attendant also prepares routine reports and assists in keeping drinks & snacks stocked in customer lounge areas, as well as other assigned duties. The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver's license. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with little supervision. Candidates must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions and safely maneuver vehicles in tight and small spaces.
