Job Description

Ayming USA is looking for a Cost Segregation Project Manager/Engineer to join our Sales Team.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality, client-ready cost segregation reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and gather data, including asset photography, field notes, and utility system observations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring timely and proactive communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure final reports meet scope of work, engagement letter terms, and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and update project schedules and status reports in the project management system.

 

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in cost segregation, commercial construction, tax consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
