Develop, implement, and maintain control systems using Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
Program and troubleshoot ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text.
Design and implement Human-Machine Interface (HMI) screens for operator interaction.
Integrate PLCs with other control systems and plant equipment (e.g., SCADA, VFDs, robotics).
Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues.
Develop and maintain control system documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and control code.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Work collaboratively with electrical engineers, maintenance personnel, and production teams.
