Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional editorial work in a fast-paced environment. Develop guidelines and measurement frameworks to optimize product quality. Generate insights focused on content that fuels ideation and strategy. Lead through collaborative influence within the team and external stakeholders. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and scalability. Minimum Qualifications: 6+ months of experience with generative AI products. 4+ years in digital content strategy, journalism, production, or related fields. Proven track record of independent work and autonomous decision-making. Experience collaborating with product and technical teams. Deep understanding of industry trends and current events. Proficiency in editing and critical thinking skills. Strong editorial judgment with large datasets on nuanced topics. Experience in leading cross-functional projects to meet urgent needs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with product teams from planning to delivery. Familiarity with AP Style Writing. Compensation: $105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
