What Youll Do

This position plays a leadership role in critical delivery engagements, ensuring operational excellence in service delivery execution and to assure customer objectives and business, transformational, and operational outcomes are achieved. Influencing internal and external stakeholders through innovating and compelling points of view and thought leadership on technology drivers for their business and has a high degree of credibility with both their business and IT executives. As a technical leader and trusted advisor, you will assess the customer requirements, develop and manage the service delivery methods of the engineering team and execute improvements through the eyes of the customer and internal stakeholders.

Many different agencies within U.S. Public Sector Professional Service. This opportunity involves helping to craft the customers vision for their network and maintain a secure, state of the art environment that is second to none in terms of network up time and reliability. The qualified engineer in this account will be able to have an impact with our SLED customers and help them transform to meet their mission. As part of this team, you will work directly with our SLED customers and gain hands-on experience and exposure into their networks. You will collaborate on a variety of projects that have a real impact to our customers' mission critical public service goals. We will value your ideas and perspective on how to get things done. You will work on network infrastructures and help to deliver business solutions and technology solutions to achieve business values for our customers.

Who You Are

Key Responsibilities:
  • WAN and LAN Expertise:
  • Design and deploy hierarchical network segmentation (access, distribution, and core layers) for enterprise networks.
  • Implement advanced routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP for WAN optimization.
  • Experience and deep knowledge of SDWAN deployment (Cisco and Meraki)
  • Collaborate with service providers to integrate and optimize network solutions.
  • Expert in interior routing protocol (like OSPF, IS-IS, RIP) and exterior routing protocol (BGP), layer 2 protocols (like STP, VTP, LACP), and others MP-BGP, MPLS, RSVP-TE.
  • FedRAMP Compliance:
  • Ensure solutions meet FedRAMP Moderate and StateRAMP authorization requirements for secure government cloud environments.
  • Maintain compliance with federal security mandates and FIPS 140-2 standards
  • Drive constituent success with our secure FedRAMP Moderate cloud
  • Cisco Meraki for Government
  • Deliver seamless digital experiences and modernize your IT within budget. Our cloud-managed platform simplifies management, enables secure networking, and provides unmatched network visibility.
