Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc. Lead the development of solutions within ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or other modules based on organizational priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders, BAs, and process owners to understand requirements and deliver efficient, scalable ServiceNow solutions. Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and internal tools. Support platform upgrades, clone processes, and performance tuning. Ensure development follows best practices, coding standards, and governance models. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for incidents and problems. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or related fields. Proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Python, and SQL for data transformation, automation, and pipeline development. Experience with data modeling techniques and best practices for modern cloud-based data warehouses. Strong analytical skills with an ability to optimize queries and troubleshoot performance issues. Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and contributing to a strong data culture. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
