Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end construction activities for 4G/5G macro sites, including new builds, expansions, reconfigurations, and system upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, design, deliverables, schedules, and budgets. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and resolve issues that impact timelines. Coordinate RFQ issuance, vendor evaluation, contract awards, and purchase orders. Partner with Real Estate, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify and resolve construction challenges. Track and manage capital budgets, ensuring accurate monthly forecasts, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure project closeouts meet quality standards, scope requirements, and compliance with regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or four or more years of relevant work experience. 3+ years of telecom construction and project management experience. Proven experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and capital plan management. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling tools, purchasing systems, and vendor management processes. Valid drivers license. Preferred Skills: Experience with Ericsson, Nokia, or Motorola systems. Knowledge of DC plant design, fiber installation, and telecom standards. Familiarity with 4G/5G macro implementation.
