Responsibilities :

Understand project specifications and verify compliance

Applicants must be willing to accept out of town projects as they come up

Reading and interpreting data, information, and documents

Analyzing and solving problems

Performing highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks

Work under intense deadlines

Interact with staff, contractors, and the public

Qualifications:

BS in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field

Passed FE exam with the expectation to pursue licensure in a reasonable amount of time

Familiar with DOT projects

Strong ability to prioritize and organize

Excellent verbal and written skills

Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word

Preferred:

Familiar with grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution systems, concrete/asphalt paving, roadway bridge construction, water/waste water plants, and site design projects

Survey or materials testing experience

Understanding of Oklahoma DOT Specifications

ODOT Material Sampling and Testing Certification
