Adam Search Group has a great opportunity for a Construction Engineer in the Cleveland, Ohio area with a highly respected civil engineering firm. If you have 1–2+ years of experience in construction engineering and want to grow in a supportive environment with no utilization goals , this could be the perfect next step in your career. What You’ll Do: Support construction management, inspection, and project administration
Serve as Resident Engineer or Project Inspector
Track daily site activity, materials, and contractor performance
Coordinate testing, budgets, and contractor payments
Attend project meetings and communicate with internal teams
Review shop drawings, pay requests, and change orders
Help with design and drafting (bridge, site, roadway, traffic)
Maintain safety certifications and agency pre-qualifications
What You’ll Bring: Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering Tech (ABET-accredited)
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, AASHTOWare, Primavera P6, GoFormz
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
