Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote field service for CNC tool & cutter grinding machines (focus on Strausak with Numroto software). Perform machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairmechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. Offer technical support via phone, email, and in-person at customer locations. Interpret and work with electrical/mechanical schematics and technical drawings. Travel up to 50% throughout North America to support customer needs.
