Are you an experienced Application Engineer with a passion for CNC grinding machines and hands-on field service? Our clienta trusted and growing CNC manufacturing companyis looking for a skilled Application Engineer to support their cutting-edge Strausak CNC machines and Numroto software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote field service for CNC tool & cutter grinding machines (focus on Strausak with Numroto software).
• Perform machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairmechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Offer technical support via phone, email, and in-person at customer locations.
• Interpret and work with electrical/mechanical schematics and technical drawings.
• Travel up to 50% throughout North America to support customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Strausak CNC machines
• Proficiency with Numroto software
• Strong background in CNC machine troubleshooting & field service
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read schematics and technical drawings
