WHAT YOU GET TO DO
This position supports key IT and operational systems, focusing on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) deployment, SAP integration, user support, and technical training. This role manages system access, performs routine maintenance, supports mobile and web tools, and handles data exports and reporting. It also collaborates with R&D on cloud infrastructure and analytics.The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with CMMS and SAP systems, basic Linux and networking skills, and the ability to train users and troubleshoot issues across platforms. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Digital Services Support:
Set up user accounts, configure access, and provide orientation on digital tools.
Deploy and customize CMMS instances and modules to align with operational needs.
Deliver training on KiSoft CMMS and related tools; create supporting documentation.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cluster restarts and software updates.
Provide ongoing support for access, configuration, and troubleshooting issues.
Manage GRBS workflows and JIRA tickets to support agile development and issue resolution.
Handle data cleaning, transformation, and export tasks for reporting and analysis.
Maintain accurate CMMS records for spare parts consignment inventory.
APK Integration
Support SAP consignment stock processes, ensuring accurate tracking and system alignment.
Customer Support
Configure and troubleshoot tablets for operational use.
Implement configuration changes and provide day-to-day system support.
Assist with data exports and GRBS-related tasks.
Development Support
Provide database access and export support without requiring domain expertise.
Manage source code access and interface configurations.
Support data manipulation and application/database troubleshooting.
R&D Collaboration
Create system instances and manage clusters for testing and development.
Provide cloud infrastructure and network support.
Analyze system interfaces using KiSoft Analytics.
KNAPP Training Responsibilities
Train users on KiSoft CMMS features, setup, and workflows.
Educate on RBS processes, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Deliver technical training on tool integrations (e.g., SAP, KiSoft Analytics).
Teach users to identify and resolve CMMS issues.
Support training on the KNAPP CLOUD platform.
WHAT YOU HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical education or development background (e.g., HTL or equivalent) preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, SAP, Azure, AWS, or CompTIA) are a plus.
2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital operations.
Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (preferably KiSoft CMMS), including deployment, configuration, and user support.
Experience supporting SAP consignment stock processes and related integrations.
Proven ability to deliver technical training and create user documentation.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows (e.g., JIRA, Git) and agile development environments.
Experience with data handling, including exports, transformation, and reporting.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure and network support (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Proficiency with CMMS software applications and mobile/web-based tools.
Basic Linux knowledge (e.g., navigating directories, checking logs and processes).
Scripting/shell language proficiency for automation and support tasks.
Basic networking skills (e.g., ping, traceroute, connectivity troubleshooting).
Experience configuring and supporting mobile devices (e.g., tablets).
Familiarity with database access, data manipulation, and interface configuration.
Understanding of system maintenance tasks such as cluster restarts and software updates.
Knowledge of cloud environments and cybernetics clusters a plus
Basic Kubernetes (K8s) understanding and cloud management skills a plus
Familiarity with AWX or similar automation/orchestration tools a plus
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and user training.
Strong command of English language; German is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions and Environment :
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Travel required up to 60%
Passport or ability to obtain passport.
Professional office etiquette is required at all times.
Ability to travel by air both domestically (US) and internationally (primarily to Austria and other parts of Europe as well as Canada)
This position follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule; however, hours may vary based on business needs. Occasional evening, weekend, or on-call support may be required to ensure operational continuity and timely issue resolution.
Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing a ladder, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
