Responsibilities/Requirements: Required Qualifications Advanced experience with OpenStack and components, including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Ceph, Swift, and Keystone Advanced experience with VMWare, Nutanix, and other virtualization systems. Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines Advanced experience with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Kordent Advance experience with Identify Management and user role permissions Advanced experience in Python and other scripting languages Advanced experience with cloud technologies, including virtualization, storage, and networking Advanced knowledge of Linux systems administration and server management Advanced experience with software development principles, including code version control, testing, and deployment. Advanced ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Required Education Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or related work experience Certifications Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA) Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) Linux Professional Institute (LPI) Certifications (LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3 Major Duties and Responsibilities Design, implement, and deploy Virtualization platforms such as VMWare, Nutanix, and OpenStack infrastructure for private cloud, ensuring high availability and performance Develop and maintain deployment scripts, tools, and automation using Python and other relevant frameworks Develop CI/CD pipelines and Terraform workflows Integrate Virtualization platforms and OpenStack with other cloud platforms like AWS and Kubernetes for hybrid cloud solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenStack and associated technologies, ensuring the stability and reliability of the cloud infrastructure Collaborate with other engineers, developers, and cloud administrators to design, implement, and maintain OpenStack solutions Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of the OpenStack infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization Implement and maintain security measures to protect the OpenStack infrastructure and the data it stores What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?
